How can I keep my whole tilapia fry everything?
I tried baking recipes online for tilapia fillets to be used in a skillet. My problem is I can never get the paste to remain on the fish (sticks to the pan) or fish to stay together. Advice?
Give the fish a quick rinse under cold water. Dry off well with a paper towel. Then dredge in cornstarch (I use a sieve and sift over the fillets. Then put on your dough and fry. However, if you batter them, once the batter is on them, let them set up for at least 1 hour before frying. You should be fine. Enjoy!
