I Cod Cakes tonight and want to know if there a recipe for sauce is there.
Tarragon Tartar Sauce mayonnaise 1 cup 3 tablespoons pickle relish 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons drained capers, rinsed 1 tablespoon tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon (or 1 teaspoon dry) teaspoon coarse salt 1 1 / 8 c. teaspoon freshly ground pepper, mix mayonnaise, relish, lemon juice, capers, tarragon, salt and pepper in a bowl means. The sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to one week. Makes 1 1 / 4 cups ------------------------------- ------------- -------- remoulade sauce 1 / 4 cup fresh parsley leaves 1 / 4 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts 1 / 4 cup finely chopped celery 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice + zest of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon ground mustard Few side-lines of Tabasco Kosher salt to taste Mix all well. Store in a refrigerator until serving.
