My husband likes salmon, I don't, so I baught him salmon and me Mahi Mahi, I need a recipe that I can cook them both the same way and that is pretty easy, I would prefer to use my outdoor gas grill but I am also open to other options. thanks
I like to marinate salmon in italian dressing for an hour then grill. serve with grilled veggies and you have a nice healthy meal.
