Florida Fish Farms Pond

Fee or pay ponds/lakes in Florida?

I am visiting florida for 10 days and wanted to find a fish farm-type fishing pond. I have not been able to find anything on the internet. Any species is okay, but I'd really like to find a pond full of catfish to catch and fry.

Please, if you know of a fee or pay per pound fishing operation in Florida, let me know.
also, the closer to Central florida, the better. I'll be in Orlando/Melbourne beach, but willing to travel.
other info: I know about florida fishing--I lived/worked in east-central florida for 2.5 years. I am plan to do lots of redfish and snook fishing...I need a place I can catch lots of fish easily for some less experienced friends, as well as get food for the grill.

Get yourself a non-resident fishing license and hit any of the lakes in the St. John's River Chain. There's plenty of catfish around. As for fish farm type ponds, I don't know of any... I know of one fish farm in my area and I don't think they have anything like that... just grow tanks. Most of the charters you'll find will be specializing in bass if they're freshwater, seatrout and redfish inshore salt, and all kinds of stuff if you're offshore, but catfish... catfish is just catfish, and ours don't even get huge... yes, there's some tasty little butterballs, but there's so much more out there...

If you go saltwater fishing at all, I suggest avoiding those catfish though... ugh.

Edit:

Ok... a mess of fish quick... hit some bridges and pilings and docks in saltwater for mangrove snapper, sailor's choice (largely seen as baitfish, but when they're decent sized, they make awesome saltwater panfish, and they're not a regulated species, so have all you want.), sheephead, and maybe a couple limits worth of black drum (another underappreciated food fish).

Gah, I need to start avoiding the fishing section until I can get out and catch some... pregnant cravings for foods one refuses to buy are no fun when opportunity to get those foods doesn't present itself.....
