Cooking salmon for the first time tonight?
Ok, tonight I'll try and cook salmon for dinner. Again, it my first time cooking all kinds of fish more fish sticks (if that counts, even .. lol). Now I have my recipe but I do not know how long to cook. Some say that 25 minutes is too long to cook salmon because it allows people to dry, but others say they were most salmon moist, cook for 40 minutes. Can someone seriously help me? I do not eat dried fish, but I do not want it to be believed. If any what I wanted to cook it well done.
Dang, now I'm hungry! Anyway, I like cooking the salmon. Mine always comes out wet. I usually cook my salmon for 25-30min at 350 degrees. First, I poke holes in the salmon fillets with a range, then I squeeze lemon juice over them. I can add my seasonings of course, and sometimes I keep a slice of lemon on the fish as it cooks. Mmm mmmmm good. Oh, and Remember onions
