Anyone know of a brand of tobiko with no MSG in it?
I started making my own sushi, and I bought some of the flying fish roe to put online. Unfortunately, the brand I bought has MSG in it and I refuse to eat. Does someone know of any brand of tobiko with no MSG in it?
Why would there MSG in the tobiko? He is just fish eggs. What someone felt the need to make the taste of fish eggs fish ...."- Eggi? I've never seen a "brand" for tobiko. It's always just been in a container of cold cuts in the local Asian market next to the rest of the sashimi. Honestly, if there is MSG in the tobiko, is probably because eggs are not fresh, and are probably filled with a group of preservatives other. Finding a better store. Tobiko not must contain only one thing - Tobiko.
