Different fish recipes?

My husband and I love fish (usually tilapia) but always end up eating it with some combination of butter, garlic and lemon. We've tried a broiled parm recipe but I'm not a big parm fan. Anyone have any recipes?

ULTIMATE TUNA FISH CASSEROLE

2 cans tuna fish
1 bag of egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cans (use the can of the cream of mushroom) milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place noodles in a deep pan. cook on high heat, until almost cooked through. Drain tuna fish and put in bowl. Add cream of mushroom soup. Using the empty soup can to measure, add 2 cans full of milk. Mix well.

When noodles are nearly cooked, place in a baking pan. Add mixture of tuna fish, cream of mushroom and milk over the noodles.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until noodles on top are brown and crispy.

WHITE FISH A LA RANCH DRESSING W/BLUE
CHEESE

Ranch dressing
blue cheese dressing

In a bowl, combine Ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing.

In a large baking pan, cover bottom of pan with Ranch dressing mixed with blue cheese dressing. Add fish, add remaining of ranch dressinand blue blue cheese dressing, covering top of fish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 40 minutes.

Serve over seaweed or rice.

BAKED BREADED FISH

1 lb. fish fillets (haddock, sole or flounder)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1 c. Pastine, ground peeled tomatoes

Dip fish in bread crumbs, then place in lightly greased Pyrex or Corningware dish. Top with other ingredients with a few drops of oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

BAKED FISH FILLETS

4 halibut fillets (or any firm fish)
Milk for soaking
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 or 3 tbsp. butter
Lemon wedges

Soak fish fillets in milk a few minutes. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place them in shallow baking pan and dot fillets with butter. Bake until done, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Serve with lemon wedges.

RANCH TILAPIA

1 5 oz. tilapia fillet
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups corn flakes
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Grind up corn flakes into crumbs. Mix Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper in with the corn flake crumbs. Baste the tilapia fillet (both sides) with Ranch dressing. Coat fish with the crumb mix evenly.

Bake for 17 mins.

BROILED ORIENTAL TILAPIA

2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, chopped

Vegetable oil for broiling dish, 1 scallion for garnish
