Diy Fish Food Recipe

DIY fish foods and achieving a balanced diet?

I'm interested in making my own fish food, primarily the gel variety. However, I don't know what all would be needed in order for it to be nutritious all around. People have recommended:
salmon/shrimp with shells
baby veggies (strained spinach, carrots, peas)
vitamins (???)
wheat germ (what?)
all blended and mixed with boiled knox + water for the gelatin part. My fish are...very diverse: platies, guppies, betta, corys, dwarf gourami, danio, kuhli loach.

Anyone have suggested recipes for a balanced diet? Also, I'm mostly concerned with my kuhli loach's diet. Thanks!

Here's step by step instructions on how to make fish food. You may want to slightly vary it though for your specific fish.

Also, kuhli loaches are fond of worms (i.e. blood worms, tubifex worms) so make sure to include that once in awhile.

You may also want to substitute with some high quality pellet foods.
